At EP, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must include original tags and packaging. Please note that personalized, customized, or sale items are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
